We went on a Thursday evening and was seated promptly. (party of 3) The host had the table clean and menus ready. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. To even be acknowledged within 5 minutes would be fine if they were especially busy--which they weren't. After 10 minutes without even a nod, we left--it appears their teenage wait staff was more interested in each other than earning money. From the looks of the other patron's when we left, it looks like they were left wanting better service as well. There's too many good places to buy pizza to have such poor service. Morgan's, Bill's Pizza, Mickey Finn's to name a couple off the top of my head.

This is the best pizza in the North burbs! Their thin crust pizza is excellent. They have great appetizers and good specials on Monday and Wednesday. The Gurnee location is often busy. Small parking lot and be ready to wait. But it's worth it.
